About This Project

This one's pretty close to my heart - a family wanted to build their dream home without compromising on environmental responsibility. We worked together to create something that's both stunning and ridiculously efficient. Solar panels handle most of the power needs, triple-pane windows keep the heat where it should be, and we used reclaimed wood throughout for that warm feel.

The design itself plays with natural light in a way that makes you forget you're in the middle of the city. Large south-facing windows, strategic overhangs for summer shade, and an open layout that lets the family actually see each other while going about their day. It's functional without being boring, y'know?

About This Project

Commercial projects can be tricky - everybody wants efficiency but nobody wants to work in a boring box. This waterfront location gave us an opportunity to blur those lines between work and nature. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the lake side means every office has a view, and we designed a terraced exterior that functions as both aesthetics and smart stormwater management.

The building houses several tech companies, so we made sure the infrastructure could handle their needs while keeping energy costs reasonable. Smart HVAC systems, automated lighting that responds to daylight levels, and common areas that actually encourage people to collaborate instead of hiding in their cubicles.
